The Global Organization for the Prevention of Bullying (OGPAB) is an educational, preventive, and mediation entity. Our mission is to provide guidance, training, and advisory recommendations to educational institutions, teachers, students, and parents in order to prevent bullying and promote safe, respectful, and empathetic environments. All recommendations issued by OGPAB are advisory in nature; the implementation and monitoring of protocols within the institution are the sole responsibility of the school and parents or guardians. OGPAB does not exercise punitive functions nor can it compel third parties to adopt specific measures.
OGPAB does not exercise disciplinary, legal, judicial, or administrative functions and does not have the authority to impose mandatory measures within any educational institution.
All recommendations, guidelines, or suggestions issued by OGPAB are advisory in nature. Implementation, monitoring, and results depend exclusively on the educational institution and the students’ parents or legal guardians.

The omission, delay, or refusal of the educational institution or parents to implement our recommendations.
Situations of risk, violence, harassment, self-harm, or suicide of students, even when OGPAB has issued prior recommendations or warnings.
Any follow-up action or notification to the competent authorities (educational, police, health) by OGPAB is made only as a suggestion; the final decision on action rests with the relevant institutions and authorities.
Consent and acceptance:
By participating in programs, training, or receiving recommendations from OGPAB, representatives of the institution, parents, guardians, and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclaimer, releasing the organization from any legal obligation for decisions or events beyond its direct control.
International protection:
This disclaimer applies internationally and is effective in all jurisdictions where OGPAB operates, without prejudice to the rights recognized by mandatory law to participants.
